APMC 2011 Banquet Dinner 

The APMC 2011 Banquet Dinner will be held on Wednesday 7th December 2011 on Level 2, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Tickets for the dinner are not included in any registration fees. Tickets can be purchased as part of the online registration process for AUD $110 per person. Please click here for more information.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted. AMEX is not accepted.

Cheque / Bank Draft

Cheque/bank draft must be in Australian Dollars and payable to “WALDRONSMITH Management – APMC 2011”; forward to the Conference Organisers.

International Delegates: Any cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian drawee bank. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration Fees and Social Function Tickets

Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers 45 days prior to the conference date will receive a refund less an Administration Fee of $110 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted.

All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Conference Organisers and will only be validated pending an acknowledgement of reply from the Conference Organisers.

Accommodation

Hotels impose strict cancellation policies and may charge 100% cancellation fee within 30 days. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policies. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Conference Organisers.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers will not accept responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Tax

All conference Registration Fees and Additional Ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
